It’s Ragweed Season

Ragweed

Ragweed is considered the most allergenic of all pollens. In fact, it is estimated that 1 in 10 people are sensitive to Ragweed pollen. Ragweed season begins in August and ends with the first hard frost. If you are sensitive to Ragweed, avoid the following foods (as they may compound your symptoms): milk, cucumber, melons, mint, zucchini and chamomile.
