Ear, Nose and Throat of Springfield is privileged to have three very talented physicians that specialize in Otorhinolaryngology (Ear Nose and Throat). All three physicians is an M.D. and are Board certified from the American Board of Otolaryngology.

DuVallMichael B. DuVall, M.D. F.A.C.S. has been practicing at Ear, Nose and Throat of Springfield since 1980. He received his undergraduate degree from Dennison University in 1971, and his medical doctorate from the University of Cincinnati in 1975. Following an internship at the University of Cincinnati, Dr. DuVall served his residency in Pittsburgh, PA at Western Pennsylvania Hospital and the University of Pittsburgh Eye and Ear Hospital. Dr. DuVall received his certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 1980. Dr. DuVall has special interest in Ear surgeries.

GillenJohn B. Gillen III, M.D. F.A.C.S. has been practicing at Ear, Nose and Throat of Springfield since 1993. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1984, and his medical doctorate from the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine in 1988. Dr. Gillen served his internship and residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI, and received his certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 1995.  Dr. Gillen has special interest in Endoscopic sinus surgeries.
 


SmithRonald M. Smith, Jr. M.D. has been practicing at Ear, Nose and Throat of Springfield since 2003. He received his undergraduate degree from Cedarville College in 1987, and his medical doctorate from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1998. Dr. Smith served his internship and residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA, and received certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 2004. Dr. Smith has special interest in Endoscopic sinus surgery and Thyroid surgeries.
